Welcome to the Process

Many steps must be taken to dismantle the wedding gowns, sort, cut, remove beading and appliques then trace, cut and design the patterns to transform them into tiny angel gowns. Depending on how intricate the wedding gown is and the type of angel gown we want to achieve this can take hours and days to do. Sometimes one seamstress will do all of the steps herself and sometimes a different person will be involved for each step. One may cut, another one will design and yet another person will sew but in the end we all work together to accomplish the same goal. Below volunteers Sherie, Divina, Kristina and Ashley donate their time and effort to the angel gowns.
